Meeting Schedule & Attendance Policy
Commitment to Regular Engagement
Physical Meetings: Four times yearly | 2:00 PM | Third Sunday of designated month
Online Meetings: Eight times yearly | 9:00 PM | Last Saturday of month
December Meeting: Always held in Enugu State
Official Attire: White Senator | Red Cap (Mandatory for official functions)
Attendance is compulsory. Members unable to attend must submit formal excuses for General House approval.
