Meeting Attendance Policy
Attendance is compulsory for all meetings. Members unable to attend must submit formal excuses, which shall be reviewed by the General House for approval or rejection.

- Time: 2:00 PM prompt
- Schedule: Third Sunday of designated month
- December Meeting: Always held in Enugu State

- Schedule: Last Saturday of months without physical meetings
